What to Expect:

• • Bumpy boat ride on the river (not recommended for persons
    with bad backs, knees, hips or who are pregnant).
  • Sun or rain exposure, humidity.
  • 10 minutes walking and hiking.
  • Crossing a stream to get to the falls.

Tour Layout:

• • Depart Georgetown and travel across the Demerara River to Parika
    Big Kiss Wharf (Parika- transfer to speed boat).
  • Boat ride from Parika to Fort-Island approximately 20 minutes.
  • Explore Fort Zeelandia and Museum for 45 minutes.
  • Proceed to Fort-Kyk-OverAl approximately 1 hour by boat.
  • 10 Minutes hike to Baracara Falls, crossing a stream and muddy trail
  • 45 Minutes for swimming.
  • Pre-ordered lunch and non-alcoholic beverage at Bartica or Aruwai
    resort (Based on tour booked).
  • 15 minutes’ walk to Bartica Golden beach.
